Patty is an absolute DYNAMO. She planned our March 2024 wedding and I can't imagine it being as magical and as perfect as it was without her.
From inception to the big day, Patty was prompt, efficient, assertive and an absolute pleasure to work with. If I had 10 Pattys on my staff at work, this place would be spinning like a top!
Patty's fee was covered multiple times over in what she saved my husband and I in our personal time and vendor savings through her connections. Every vendor she recommended was exceptional. Every detail/special request I made was met. Patty also had great recommendations on lighting, music, flowers and décor - the small things I hadn't considered that make a big impact.
Patty updated me on planning status regularly and even sent vendor payment reminders before the due date. She set up and attended all our vendor calls. She made timelines and handled all vendor communication.
The most impressive was her kind personality. She rallied all the family for photos, tied up a shawl for my little flower girl and herded my four nephews in the wedding party. She went above and beyond - even my family loved her.

Patty was my wedding planner for my wedding last June 2023 and I really can't say enough good things about her. She's truly incredible, and made our wedding experience so special. I was having some health issues and I work a stressful job, and I was able to rely on her for so much. She is with you every step of the way, and she's so knowledgeable. I really can't imagine trying to plan a wedding on my own, without Patty.
There are a lot of wedding planners out there but I know from friends that a lot of them are not great. Patty is 100/10 and goes above and beyond to make your day special. I can't recommend her enough - she is the best of the best!!!

We hired Patty to plan our wedding in 2023...Patty's knowledge of reputable vendors and great options for value/cost in the local area was priceless. Every vendor she suggested was fabulous, and I appreciated the range of options she provided. She's also very enthusiastic about incorporating your ideas and does not try to force you into a "cookie cutter" event, which I appreciated.
Our event turned out wonderfully, despite some weather hiccups, and the experience was much better because we had hired Patty. I was initially hesitant about hiring a planner, but in the end our wedding experience was much more enjoyable having the Patty's team in charge.

When I first got engaged, my friends and family members regaled horror stories about how difficult it was to plan their own weddings. As a busy woman with a full-time career, I knew I couldn't handle figuring out my wedding on my own, and I needed a professional. I'm happy to say that, after choosing Patty, wedding planning was actually a fun, joyous experience!
Pre-Patty, my then-fiancé and I were overwhelmed by the hundreds of micro-decisions and details we were facing about our destination wedding choice at Carmel Valley Ranch--what's a good price for a florist? Where do we find a live band? How can we ensure COVID doesn't utterly dismantle our wedding?! But after we had our initial call with Patty for her Full Wedding package, we felt immediately at ease.
For starters, I was a bride who didn't really have a 'vision' for my wedding. No Pinterest boards,
no 'dream wedding', nothing of that sort. I told Patty that I just wanted a beautiful wedding that will make my guests happy, and she was able to pull out of me some basic ideas about what I cared most about and offer me a small, focused selection of vendors based on what was most important to me. She made every meeting with herself and the vendors meaningful and exciting, and while Patty kept me informed of the behind-the-scenes work, I never had to worry about the little details. I was looking more and more forward to the big day.
Speaking of the big day, my wedding was absolutely magical. Patty and Carol were flawless! Dozens of my guests came up to me raving about how this was the best wedding they've ever attended.
If you're looking for a wedding planner in the Carmel/Monterey region, there is no one better than Patty. She is a seasoned veteran in the wedding planning business, and you will be in safe hands.
P.S. We also came under budget for our gorgeous wedding. Can't get better than that!

There are simply no words sufficient to express our gratitude to Patty for her expertise and professionalism in guiding us through the wedding planning process. I honestly don't know how we would have done it without her. Her attention to detail, consistent communication, suggestions and recommendations regarding vendors and timelines was priceless.
When I first called her to inquire regarding her services she spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with me giving me a good idea of what to expect from her and the process involved.
From start to finish, she made this experience a whole lot less stressful than it could have been. Her recommendations regarding vendors was so helpful as my daughter's wedding in Monterey was essentially a destination wedding. Most of the family and friends were coming from out of town as was the bride and groom.
On the wedding day, Patty and her assistant Carol were present and ever so helpful in making sure the timeline was followed and everyone was where they needed to be and doing what they needed to be doing (and all seemingly while maintaining a low key presence). Once the reception was nearing the end she actually came and got the keys to our SUV so she could go get it and drive it up to the door of the reception venue (Barn at Cooper Molera), and then proceed to load all of our decor, the bride's gown, cake topper, gifts, etc ! Then she reappeared with the keys and off we went once the evening had ended.
She will go above and beyond and has such a friendly and gracious demeanor. I can't recommend her enough.

Patty did an amazing job with our Monterey Bay wedding!! From the start, she was super duper responsive, so excited about all of our ideas, and overall really easy to communicate with. You can tell she has a lot of experience with wedding planning, and her confidence helped us feel less stressed about everything.
Her expertise REALLY showed when we had a ton of last minute changes (literally days before the wedding), including changing the entire room and seating layout, and she handled everything like an absolute pro.
Whenever we had anxieties or confusions about different things, she responded quickly with helpful information and solutions. She made wedding planning feel easy!! I would absolutely recommend her!!

Patty and Carol are 2 amazing humans! They have an amazing personalities, they are VERY professional, and they make sure your big day is the best day of your life :)
We live in Hawaii, and while we have planners here they always took forever to respond or just didn't seem like they really care too much. More of like "it's my job" kinda people. So I contacted Patty and she got back to me in a timely manner, we spoke on the phone and went over the details and what I wanted in a planner. She agreed she was able to do everything I needed and more! She was in Hawaii on Vacation and met with me anyway to go over some things!!
Fast forward to the wedding - Patty and Carol both did an AMAZING job! They made sure everything was the way we wanted, and that things went in the order we requested and more!
There's so much random little details that you don't realize you need! And Patty helps with that, and makes sure you get everything you need before the big day!
They even had to deal with my crazy, dramatic family and I'm sure some friends too! Lol you know how some family members think it's their wedding all of a sudden and it has to be done the way they want it?! Lol well they made sure to not let that didn't effect the way we wanted things to go :)
OVERALL, I would recommend Patty and Carol over and over again, to who ever needs an amazing planner! 10/10! Thank you Patty and Carol! We both appreciate everything you've done and for flying out here right before these crazy times! Thank you again.

I can't imagine having such a perfectly smooth wedding without Patty! In my past I worked a few weddings and knew just how much coordination goes into the day of planning and knew I needed someone to help, so that we could fully enjoy our day and not have any additional work put on ourselves or our guests!
Shortly after booking our venue we hired Patty who was a preferred vendor of Carmel Valley Ranch. Patty is a seasoned veteran, has endless connections, and enjoyable to be around. We were able to book a hybrid package that included Patty making recommendations for vendors based off a questionnaire we filled out and then would make introductions for us. If Patty is still offering this service I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it as it got us quick introductions with vendors within our budget who had successfully worked with Patty in the past. It also made it much easier when we got to one month prior before our wedding as Patty already knew who all of our vendors were. Along the way Patty was also there to answer any questions I had about booking vendors and continuously gave my fiancée and I piece of mind.
For the day of services Patty and her assistant were amazing. Unfortunately, two days prior to the wedding both of my parents came down with COVID and all of my family were exposed. Patty was so helpful in getting live streaming set up and room meal deliveries coordination in addition to notifying all of our vendors of the last minute change that my family couldn't be in attendance. With Patty's help I truly did not have to worry about a thing the day of as I knew everything was taken care of.
All of our decorations were set up in the church, the reception area, and then brought back to our room after the wedding concluded. She also kept the timeline on track which I wouldn't have been able to handle given my emotional state with my family missing. I'm sure there was much more behind the scenes that I didn't even know about.
Patty, I cannot thank you enough for all of your help in making our wedding vision come to life.
Please do not hesitate in booking her if you are on the fence, she is truly the best investment we made in making sure everything ran smoothly for our wedding!

I don't even know where to begin with this woman... Words cannot express how helpful Patty was throughout the year we took planning my dream wedding. She was referred to be by a good friend of mine who also hired her to plan a perfect wedding.
First and foremost, I want you all to know that I'm a complete control freak and have a certain way of doing everything up to my standards. I met with Patty on a few occasions, and she basically made me feel like she could handle it all and I was not to worry or stress about a thing. I described my vision to her and she got to it.
She contacted all the vendors and requested quotes. She found me options and never pushed me once in a certain direction but definitely found me the best of the best! She created timelines for us, vendor info, listed balances that were due and when. She just went above and beyond for us. There was never a question in my mind as to whether this could all be pulled off or not. This isn't just her job, but it's her passion and it clearly shows.
The wedding day was so chaotic and with a million people but each detail and request I had, was taken care of and the day went perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful celebration and how smoothly it ran.
She arranged a limo to take us back to the resort at the end of the night and went out of her way to load each and every item I owned, including our gifts, cards and any decor we owned, into my car, then drove it over to drop off at our resort.
I could spend all day going into every detail of what she did for us but overall, but that's her job :)
WE couldn't be happier to have hired her and would do it again in a heartbeat! It's obvious we love throwing parties and will definitely use Patty each and every time!!!!
